Connecting and insight

Your organisational objectives are always paramount. In addition, prior to a training course or programme, the trainer will contact the participants by telephone to gain insight into individual learning objectives and areas of focus. Our approach is stimulating and increases commitment. Success4Life uses various international tools, including Insights Discovery® , to provide insight into personal (psychological) preferences. We take different learning styles and any cultural differences into account in our programmes.

  • Knowledge – theory presented in results-oriented teaching methods, learning through experience and practice

  • Attitude – limiting/enabling beliefs, fundamental attitude and intrinsic motivation

Evaluation and lasting results

To reinforce what they have learned, participants link their learning to a Personal Insight and Action Plan (PIAP®). After evaluation, we link this to a follow-up that best suits your organisation. Success4Life programmes include coaching sessions as standard, which support the optimal implementation and embedding of new skills and competencies.
