Rik is known for his passion and enthusiasm. He is recognised nationally and internationally for his broad knowledge and directly applicable strategies. Rik is an accredited Insights Discovery® practioner and also an associate facilitator and coach at various highly regarded development agencies such as Allied Forces and the American KornFerry, which has been one of the world’s ‘Top Consulting Companies’ for more than five years.
